Pastor Lance Morris is a husband, father, preacher, and creative whose greatest passion is helping people live sold-out lives for Jesus. He serves at Refuge Church in Conroe, Texas, where he leads both the Youth and Creative ministries alongside his father, Pastor Steve Morris.

Lance met his wife, Juliana, while attending Sam Houston State University, and together they share the joy of raising their daughter, Mary-Claire. For Lance, ministry begins at home. His role as a husband and father continually shapes his heart for pastoring people with patience, authenticity, and love.

A graduate of Liberty University’s School of Divinity with a Master’s Degree in Christian Ministries, Lance blends sound theology with a deep reliance on the Holy Spirit. His preaching is marked by raw honesty, humor, and reverent awe—calling believers to move from complacency to conviction and from comfort to surrender.

Ordained and passionate about the local church, Lance has spent the past several years building a ministry culture centered on discipleship, creativity, and presence. Whether he’s preaching at youth camps, young adult gatherings, or Sunday services, his message stays the same: God is better than you think, and when you believe that, your life will never be the same.

Beyond preaching, Lance is a storyteller and creative visionary who believes the Church should be the most innovative force on earth. He dreams of equipping and sending leaders who will plant churches, create art, and transform culture for the glory of God.
